Once again, Marks & Clerk was featured as one of Canada’s Best Law Firms for Intellectual Property by Canadian national newspaper, The Globe and Mail in its 2025 edition of the list published in this month’s Report on Business magazine.
This is the fourth year that the Globe and Mail has partnered with Statista Research to determine which law firms in Canada are held in the highest esteem based on recommendations by their colleagues (peer-to-peer) and clients (corporate legal departments) across 31 different fields of law.
Marks & Clerk was selected as one of the best in class for Intellectual Property law alongside 24 firms, which reflects the high quality of IP services we offer and the trust we have built with our clients in Canada.
We are honoured to receive this recognition and would like to thank our clients and peers for their ongoing support of Marks & Clerk as one of Canada’s top intellectual property law firms.
