Natalie has experience of litigating in the High Court and the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, as well as managing trade mark oppositions before the UK and EU Intellectual Property Offices, the Boards of Appeal, the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union. Her capabilities also include UK and WIPO domain name dispute resolution and Company Names Tribunal proceedings.
Natalie also helps clients to negotiate settlements, including co-existence and licensing agreements, to achieve commercial resolutions to contentious IP issues.
Natalie has advised businesses and business owners in both the private and public sectors, with particular experience in the food & beverage, automotive and fashion & retail sectors. Natalie is recognised as a “key lawyer" in Legal 500 2024.
Natalie graduated in 2010 with a Law with Honours degree from Brunel University. After completing her LPC, Natalie trained at national law firm Mills & Reeve LLP and qualified as a solicitor in 2015. Natalie obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Oxford in 2016. She has also undertaken secondments to Jaguar Land Rover and River Island.
Natalie interests outside of work include travel, food and countryside walks with her cocker spaniel.
